Dipolo GmbH operates a website with general information as well as an interactive area for downloading brochures, product information and further information material.

In addition, Dipolo GmbH operates an application form with the possibility to submit applications online. The Dipolo GmbH attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and observes the legal data protection regulations.

2. What processing activities are carried out?

Contact form and applications - purpose, legal basis and legitimate interest

The data you enter will be stored for the purpose of individual communication with you.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on a legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO).

By providing the contact form, we would like to make it easy for you to contact us. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

If you contact us to request an offer, the data entered in the contact form will be processed for the purpose of implementing pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit b DSGVO).

 

Dealing with applications

Using our application form you can send your application online to Dipolo GmbH Augsburg. We will process the data you provide solely for the purpose of evaluating your professional suitability and contacting you.

The processing is carried out to establish an employment relationship within the framework of pre-contractual measures, which are carried out upon request, § 26 BDSG.

Receiver of the data

3. What data protection rights do you have?

Every data subject has the right of access under Art. 15 DSGVO, the right of rectification under Art. 16 DSGVO, the right of deletion under Art. 17 DSGVO, the right to limit processing under Art. 18 DSGVO, the right of objection under Art. 21 DSGVO and the right of data transferability under Art. 20 DSGVO.

With regard to the right of information and the right of deletion, the restrictions in accordance with §§ 34 and 35 BDSG apply.

You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This also applies to the revocation of declarations of consent that were given to us before the basic data protection regulation came into force, i.e. before 25 May 2018. We only deal with personal data as far as this is possible in accordance with data protection regulations. We also take all necessary technical and organizational security measures to adequately protect your personal data from unauthorized access and misuse at all times.
